Neobankside is a luxury apartment block located next to the Tate modern, on the south bank of the river Thames. The building, designed by late Sir Richard Rogers, has some of the most sought after flats in London.

Not long after the completion of the project, we were asked to help improve the layout of one of the flats interior for an international arts dealer with exacting aesthetic standards. The result is a highly bespoke design using the highest quality materials and components.

Smith Maloney Hillier Architects worked in collaboration with Cove Burgess to create an apartment optimised for entertaining, and showcasing the client’s private art collection. Detail design included the integration of specialist lighting, concealed services and bespoke joinery to every room.
